I've just finished my MSc and am searching for jobs that challenge me, as frankly, I am in jobs I am overqualified for.

Simple solution : volunteer at homeless shelter or soup kitchen on christmas day . visit prisoners . dont have a pity party , but rather serve others and you will be caught up in the true joy of the holiday itself .

A cartoonist once said something rather profound through one of his characters. "The internet. The ultimate bathroom wall". Fairly deep for a comic strip. I, personally, only have a facebook account. That I haven't used in 3 years. No compulsion whatsoever to look at it. As for the folks only reading one book on a subject, I have always read seveal on the same subject just to get missed facts, a better understanding and getting a chuckle at the sometimes bald faced pro or anti slants some authors have. I'm almost 30 and single. I've never been in a relationship and have absolutely zero regrets. There's things you can do to invite love into your life, but ultimately, it's a game of luck. I don't want my happiness to depend on luck, nor do I want to put my life on hold until I find the right guy. Love is everywhere, and it's not always romantic. I guess it's a cliché, but you really need to love yourself first.

I used to get upset about rejection because I thought I wasn't interesting or cool enough, but then friends and family let me know I just rank very low on the scale of attractiveness and the realization that the rejection was for superficial reasons actually boosted my confidence. It is a matter of personal preference and I'm ok with not being a preference. Also it's silly to believe firmly that you will or won't find love, we aren't fortune tellers and we don't know how life will turn out. And what a lovely channel you have! Watched a few videos, new subscriber ❤
